Do I pay taxes on the products I buy?
Yes, Sales Taxes may be applied but the amount of tax charged will depend upon many factors, including the shipping address, the type of product sold and potential exemptions.
At the time of checkout, you will be shown and estimated tax amount. The final tax amount you will be charged when we ship your order might be different as Sales Tax Rates are constantly changing.
How long does Standard Delivery take?
With Standard Delivery, most products will reach you within 7 to 10 business days. We also offer 5-Business-Day Rush Shipping ($6.99 additional), Second-Day Air Service ($16.99 additional) and Overnight Service ($24.99 additional).
What is the Free Bottle Offer Policy as heard on the radio?
New Vitality's Free Bottle Offer is promoted on various radio advertisements. Here is how it works: with the Free Bottle Offer, the customer pays for shipping and handling and receives a free 10-, 15- or 30-day supply of the product. When the free bottle is ordered, the customer is enrolled in New Vitality's Preferred Shipping Program which will guarantee they pay the lowest price possible for the specific product.
Preferred customers receive a certain number of bottles of the product every 3 months at the discounted price. Each product's bottle amount is different. Your Customer Service Representative will explain the amount of product you will receive after your free supply runs out. Expect your next shipment of the bottles after your supply of the initial free bottle runs out. The initial credit card used to order the free bottle will be charged the day before each preferred order is shipped.
Notice: In order to receive the free bottle, the customer must identify the station, program and day they heard the offer -- please have this information prepared before contacting Customer Service. As a preferred customer, you always have the option to modify, change, cancel or put your order on hold at any time with no obligation. Simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-943-6465. There is no enrollment fee to be a preferred customer and every order comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. What is the Return Policy?
Our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee beginning the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must call Customer Service at 1-800-943-6465 Monday through Friday 9:30am to 1:00pm or 1:30pm to 6:00pm.
Our guarantee is as follows: We only allow one open bottle within the first 30 days along with the remaining sealed bottles to be returned for a refund of your purchase price (less shipping & handling.) When returning your package please insure it. New Vitality is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Additionally all orders that are shipped and returned to New Vitality as refused/unclaimed will be assessed a mandatory re-stocking fee of $3. The re-stocking fees is charged in addition to shipping & handling charges that are deducted from the purchase price of your product ordered.
