Multiple Purchase Return Policy

If you have purchased more than one bottle of any single product and you wish to return your purchase, return the opened bottle with any sealed bottles within 30 days and you'll receive a prompt and complete refund of your purchase price less shipping and handling.

In Case of Damage

Although we take great care in packaging our products to reduce the chance of damage during shipment, sometimes events happen that are beyond our control. But we want to assure you that if an order is lost or damaged during shipment, it will be replaced and sent to you at no additional cost. In the event this should occur, please follow these instructions to replace damaged products.

1. Please call New Vitality Customer Service at 1-800-943-6465.
2. Retain shipping carton and damaged product to insure a claim with USPS or UPS.
3. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of package.

After 5 days, USPS or UPS will not be responsible for damaged products.
