What is the Return Policy?
Our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee beginning the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must call Customer Service at 1-800-943-6465 Monday through Friday 9:30am to 1:00pm or 1:30pm to 6:00pm. Our guarantee is as follows: We only allow one open bottle within the first 30 days along with the remaining sealed bottles to be returned for a refund of your purchase price (less shipping & handling.) When returning your package please insure it. New Vitality is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Additionally all orders that are shipped and returned to New Vitality as refused/unclaimed will be assessed a mandatory re-stocking fee of $3. The re-stocking fees are charged in addition to shipping & handling charges that are deducted from the purchase price of your product ordered.
